Pool can be an ideal exercise for the elderly since the game fluctuates between times of action and inaction, which means these guys can remain in play for hours without feeling tired. Pool is a physical action that can last hours, but unlike more energetic workouts, it also stimulates long phases of rest with less exertion.

There should also be a wider ranging, more comprehensive idea of healthy and active aging so it can positively affect the normal lives, quality of life, and overall health of the aging.
